PAYMENTS
All accounts need to be settled after each session or on completion of reports.
Payments should be made by BACS, cash or by cheque made payable to: Petra Splain
Cancellations - less than 24 hours notice - Full fee payment is required.
If you wish to claim physiotherapy fees on your Private Medical Insurance you must:
- check your policy for restrictions and excesses
- ensure that the physiotherapy has been authorised before the start of treatment
- be aware that any fees not covered by the policy, e.g. travel and cancellation fees, must be met by the client/policy holder.Please contact us to discuss the use of private medical insurance and the providers we are registered with.
